These Terms govern your access to and use of the iw8 platform, including all games, betting services, account features, promotions, and support services offered at iw8.asia. Access to the iw8 platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms, the iw8 Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotion terms published on the platform. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and iw8.
iw8 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, iw8 will provide notice via the platform or to your registered email address. Continued use of the iw8 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Access to iw8 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
iw8 employs age and identity verification procedures at account registration and during the account lifecycle. You consent to these verification checks as a condition of account access. Where iw8 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member does not meet eligibility requirements, iw8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any balance pending investigation.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on iw8. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
When registering for an iw8 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update any information that changes. iw8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify registration information at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your iw8 account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. iw8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify iw8 support immediately.
Account holders must be the beneficial owner of any payment method used to deposit funds into or receive funds from their iw8 account. Third-party payments are not permitted.
All financial transactions on iw8 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other methods as may be specified on the platform from time to time.
Deposits are credited to your iw8 wallet upon successful processing. iw8 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. iw8 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes, subject to payment provider processing times. iw8 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into the account, or to methods verified as belonging to the account holder.
iw8 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request where the withdrawn funds are subject to a pending bonus wagering requirement, a disputed transaction, a fraud investigation, or any other circumstance that renders the withdrawal premature under these Terms.
iw8 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
iw8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred by Members in good faith reliance on the promotion terms. Abuse of promotions, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics, will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in account closure.
All games and betting markets on iw8 are subject to individual game rules and the applicable provider terms. In the event of a technical error, system fault, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, iw8 reserves the right to void affected bets or games and refund applicable stakes. iw8's decision on technical matters is final.
Live betting markets may be suspended or void at iw8's discretion, including where match conditions materially change, where data feeds fail, or where the integrity of the event is in question. Voided bets are refunded as account credit in MYR.
Winnings are credited to your iw8 wallet immediately upon settlement of each game round or betting market. Disputed settlement outcomes must be raised with iw8 support within 72 hours of the relevant event settling.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the iw8 platform:
iw8 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in relation to any suspected prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, iw8 will suspend the account, forfeit applicable balances, and take such further action as is appropriate in the circumstances.
iw8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. iw8 provides all Members with access to deposit limit tools, session time reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion facilities. These tools are accessible from within your account settings and through the iw8 support team.
Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly. Once a self-exclusion period has been activated, iw8 will not accept deposits or bets from the excluded account for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion periods are not reversible before expiry.

All content on the iw8 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and audiovisual content, is the intellectual property of iw8 or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of iw8 or the relevant rights holder.
Game content provided by third-party software providers is subject to those providers' intellectual property rights and is licensed to iw8 for display on the platform. Any unauthorised reproduction of such content is a violation of these Terms and applicable intellectual property law.
iw8 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iw8 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform.
iw8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings arising from system faults, network interruptions, or third-party payment provider failures.
iw8's total liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits iw8's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by iw8's negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
iw8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where iw8 determines in its sole discretion that the account is involved in prohibited conduct, where verification requirements have not been met, or where continued operation of the account would breach applicable law or iw8's compliance obligations.
Upon closure of an account in good standing, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Balances subject to active fraud investigation or regulatory hold may be withheld pending resolution.
Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting iw8 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days of receipt.
iw8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to Members via the platform or by email to the registered address. Non-material amendments, such as typographical corrections or clarifications, may be made without specific notice.
The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at iw8.asia/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law as applied by the relevant licensing jurisdiction. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as determined by iw8.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
